'So Ianto, how are you finding things here in Cardiff?' Jack asked, sitting down with him for the first time in days, making sure he checked in with his brand new employee, after the team had been run ragged, forgetting all about him.

'Fine,' he replied.

'Everyone's been treating you okay?'

'Yep.'

'And the hours?'

'No issue.'

'So everything's under control? Hub's now up to your exacting standards?'

'You must be joking. You expect I've had time to sort out a hundred years of bad housekeeping in three weeks? Give me three years and I still won't be halfway done!'
