At first it had just been mild curiosity, seeing Gwen turn up at the scene of the accident. But then she'd had to go and lie about it. Rhys knew he shouldn't pry, because there was probably a good reason why she denied it, he couldn't let it go.

Then he'd seen her boss, and the way she wrapped her arm in his as they walked across the Plass. He couldn't ignore that the man was very good looking. He was desperate to get to the bottom of what was going on.

He started up the car and followed them.
