Evil weather.... Blech!

9:15pm and still 35 degrees out there. They say it won't get below 27 and that's at around 7am tomorrow.

Somebody kill me before I melt, or ship in a snowstorm or something... My brain can't even be bothered reading, let alone writing.

Stinking hot summer.... I hate it.

So, I looked at your comment and I thought "What the...? 35° is hot ? It's 35° here and it's cold !"

Then I realized -- duh -- wherever you are must be where you use Celsius (where I am it's Fahrenheit).

I hear you! It's 10.30pm here in western Sydney and still 24C, no breeze, and humidity over 70%. I honestly can't be bothered going to bed because I won't be able to sleep, so I'm sitting here staring at the computer, and like you, I don't even feel like reading.

I hear you. 4am now and still 30 degrees out there and no better in the house. Add to that getting slaughtered by Man City at half time and tonight is a very long night....

This made me laugh because I was going to add above that England beating us in the final One-Day Cricket match didn't help at all :)

It is deliciously cool this morning - but it will not last !

Yeah, breeze kicked in around 5.30 but it's another day of sweltering heat.
Makes me glad I did the smart thing (for once) and tacked on an extra day of annual leave, extending the long weekend. After last night everyone's gonna be grumpy and sleep deprived, and today will be the day most of our partners come back from their nice month long holidays, so they'll be on our cases about billings and collections and production, yaddi yadda, and what the hell have we been doing whilst they've been away (because it's easy to assume we sit on our arses and do nothing).
