Notes: Jack's gotten himself in trouble again. A double drabble.

'Try explaining your way out of this one,' Ianto said, watching Jack through the cell door. 'Speeding fines, running red lights, public indecency, all of those I can understand, but sexual assault?'

'It wasn't assault!' Jack protested. 'It wasn't even sexual.'

'You groped a man, Jack. Not everyone delights in that.'

Jack sighed. 'Look, like I told the police, I was in pursuit of that shape-shifter, subtly I might add. It was ridiculously crowded at the station because the peak hour service had just pulled in. I was trying not to lose sight of it and I had to squeeze past the crush of people going the other way. Someone jostled me and I lost my balance.'

Ianto raised a skeptical eyebrow at him. 'And you just happened to grab someone's cock to balance yourself?'

'My hand was down at my side. It was an involuntary action to grab anything close by to steady myself. If I'd grabbed a lady's bag by accident they could have charged me with aggravated theft. It's not like I didn't apologise afterwards. Some people are just too touchy about people getting in their personal space.'

'And some people are just too touchy,' Ianto quipped.
