Jack caught the look of surprise on Ianto's face as he came over to retrieve his coffee. 'D'you like it?' he asked, showing off the shirt he was wearing. It was old, one he hadn't worn for ages, but rediscovered this morning. With Gwen away for the weekend, he'd hoped for some alone time with Ianto where it could be properly appreciated.

'It's, uh, different.'

'They say stripes are slimming.'

'They are,' Ianto agreed. This shirt however was doing nothing for Jack's broad frame. Those thick triple stripes were just plain ugly. 'But maybe stick to plain blue in future.'

Sorry, Jack, Ianto's right; some stripes just make people look like they're wearing circus tents.
