Jack could sense it in the air as soon as he stepped out of the SUV. There was a tang to the rainwater that hit his face; not ozone, but something else.

He raised his face to look up at the old theater, its lights trying to break through the rain that sluiced down. There was something not right about the place. He remembered that hauntingly eery music back at the hub.

The others were already inside, so he wasted no time, rushing forward to face the unknown. Tonight's rain had brought something evil to Cardiff, that much was certain.
