Challenge 531 - Sodden hell

Notes: Sometimes being close to the bay isn't such a great advantage.

Ianto sighed, finally coming face to face with the carnage. The tourist office was an absolute mess, with a long muddy line gracing the walls, showing just how high the floodwaters had been before finally receding, despite his sandbags.  

Jack had told him that this was nothing compared to the storm of '62, when half the city had been flooded. Ianto proceeded to remind him that in 1962 Cardiff didn't have the barrage, and that on a good day, the waterline was only about five feet below the tourist office.

Bay views were nice, but the cleanup was a nightmare.

It's going to be a big job to get the place back in order. Hopefully the rift will be quiet so the rest of the team can help.
