'No, no, no,' Owen groaned as he heard the computer alarm despite having his head buried in his arms on the desk. Just an hour of sleep would have been good.

'Come on, Owen,' Ianto said, already slipping his sodden coat back on.

Owen sighed. 'Another one? Isn't it someone else's turn?'

'It's bucketing out there in case you've forgotten,' Ianto replied. 'The sewers are flooding and the weevils have to go somewhere. Jack and Tosh took the last one and Gwen hasn't come back yet. As they say, when it rains it pours.'

'And in Cardiff, it pours weevils.'

And just where is Torchwood putting all the Weevil refugees? They'll have one hell of a food bill if they have to house every Weevil in Cardiff until the floods subside.

At least it's only temporary, and they have a very big secret base full of prison cells. It's better than letting them wander through the streets, looking for shelter in people's homes!
