Summary: Benjen can sense a change in the air.
Benjen Stark stood atop the Wall, waiting for his young nephew to arrive. He wanted to see what the boy would make of it. He was green as summer and thought the Night's Watch was an honour. In a way it was, but it was also a great sacrifice.
The wind caught in his nose. There was a scent of snow, different to how it usually smelled. A change was coming. Winter.
It was time for him to head north and find out the truth for himself. Jon would have to learn how to survive the Wall on his own.
