Notes: Tosh is baffled by the behaviour of some of Cardiff's locals.

Tosh gently dabbed at the large bloody gash on Jack's forehead, apologising each time he winced in pain.

'I don't understand,' she began, trying to fathom the night's events. 'We were only trying to help.' She could understand aliens might not appreciate their actions, having come from a completely different world, but tonight it had been the gang of youths who they'd saved from walking straight into a nest of weevils. For their thanks, they'd attacked Jack with broken bottles and knives, before running off.

'That's just human nature for you, Tosh,' Jack replied. 'Understanding aliens is the easy part.'
