'Are you sure about this?' Tosh asked, nervously fidgeting next to Jack.

He diverted his gaze away from the road for a moment. 'Am I sure you don't wanna spend the rest of your life locked up in that UNIT prison? Yes I am.'

'But you could have anyone. Why me?'

'Because you're brilliant, Toshiko. Have a little faith in your own abilities, why don't you? Like I told you. I want the best, and that's you.'

She snorted. 'Now you're just trying to flatter me.'

Jack chuckled. 'And I'm going to spend the next five years proving you're wrong.'
