Notes: Ianto will do just about anything to avoid his medical. A double drabble.

'What if I made you extra special coffee?' Ianto asked.

Owen raised an eyebrow at him. 'What? You mean that cat poo stuff Jack bought you for Christmas?'

'It's a civet,' Ianto corrected. 'But yes, I suppose I could dip into my special reserves.' His face suggested he was still weighing up whether it was a fair price to pay. Owen suspected he wouldn't be able to tell the difference between it and the stuff Ianto made every other day. It was just the principle of making Ianto feel like he had to offer up something big. He was looking more desperate as time wore on.

Owen picked up his clipboard, flipping through the pages, not actually reading them but merely making himself look like he was studying something from Ianto's medical records. 'Actually, I've changed my mind. Get your shirt off and plonk yourself on the table.'

Ianto pouted at him. 'I thought we could come to an arrangement?'

'To avoid your monthly medical? Yeah, I know how much you hate them, but let's face it. You get to negotiate your way out of this about as much as I can negotiate my way out of paperwork with Jack.'
