Notes: Jack is upset over the day's events. This one also ended up a triple drabble (guh!). Thanks to badly_knitted for her original cow TF fic!

Jack sat at his desk sulking. He didn't care if it looked petulant or childish, he just couldn't get over the fact that that Ianto had abandoned him in a paddock and left him there, trapped in the body of a cow. It was easy to take that kind of thing personally, and even worse watching his human body wander off, letting Ianto pile it into the SUV like nothing was wrong.

There was a gentle knock at the door. 'Just checking if you wanted a coffee,' Ianto said. 'Not sure how you feel about milk at this point. I can always make it black. Or use soy milk. Or maybe you'd just prefer some grass? I'm sure we've got some lucern Myfanwy isn't using.'

If he was attempting to be funny, Jack wasn't amused. He'd forgo coffee just on principle. He glared at Ianto, arms folded and silent.

'You're not still mad at me, are you?' Ianto said, approaching his desk.

'You didn't even know it wasn't me!' Jack cried.

Ianto rolled his eyes at Jack's histrionics. 'It was a couple of hours and I did come back for you, remember?'

'You took home a cow!'

'Yes. I took home a cow,' Ianto replied. 'And just like you, it wandered around the hub without actually doing anything, grazed on food the whole time like it had a bottomless pit for a stomach, and when I asked it if it had finished those Home Office briefing papers, it made unintelligible noises. One could be forgiven for not being able to tell the difference.'

Jack huffed at the insinuation. How many cows were out there saving the world every day?

'Coffee and extra biscuits,' he demanded. 'Anything to help shift this belly full of grass "cow me" ate.'

'Digestives, I assume.'
