Notes: Being married to a god is tiring work. A double drabble.

Ianto felt the nudge in his side wake him from sleep. It annoyed him that someone would dare wake him when he was this comfy. This had to be the best bed he had ever slept in.

'Rise and shine, sleepy head,' came Jack's instruction.

'No way,' Ianto grumbled, pulling the pillow closer to his body. He planned on enjoying this as long as possible.

'Yes, way,' Jack said, tugging the covers away from him, forcing another annoyed groan from him. 'It's a big day and the people are just itching to pay tribute to their God.'

Ianto snorted at that. Only crazy aliens on another planet could possibly mistake Jack for their God, even if the ancient statues were carved in a remarkable likeness. Ianto bet anything that somewhere off in the future, Jack had traveled back in time to set this up.

'Just think how guilty you'll feel,' Jack said, nudging him again. 'Some of them have been standing out there for hours already.'

There was a growl. Why did being holy have to be so exhausting? Apparently even Gods weren't allowed to sleep in. Stupid planet. Jack needed to decree a few days of national sleeping in.

Ianto is right, Jack should definitely do that so Ianto can enjoy his comfy bed for longer!

Jack as a god though... his head's big enough already!
