Summary: Jack is missing and Ianto would like to know why. A double drabble.

Ianto frowned as he watched the rest of the team pile back into the hub and settle at their desks as if nothing had happened. This was just how it worked. It didn't matter what they faced, they took it all in their stride. He wasn't sure he'd be quite so blasé about it, glad to be the one who got left behind at the hub.

He looked around the hub but there was still one person noticeably missing. ‘Where's Jack? You did bring him back with you, didn't you?’

Tosh avoided meeting his gaze and Owen carried on as if he hadn't spoken at all. Gwen chewed her lip as if debating whether to tell him or not.

‘What?’ he said, his voice serious.

‘It's just…’ Gwen began. ‘Well, he's in a bit of a state.’

‘Since when is needing a shower a big deal?’ Nobody got this worked up over a bit of dirt and blood.

Gwen gave her teammates an anxious glance. ‘It's more the coat I think Jack's worried about.’

Ianto sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. ‘It's full of tears, isn't it?’

‘As will Jack when you get hold of him,’ Owen teased.
