Summary: Jack is stubborn and one day he's going to regret it. A double drabble.
‘Go take a shower,’ Ianto suggested as he watched Jack attempting to seal their latest rift find in one of the padlocked containment units that would end up in their secure archives. How he'd found a containment unit was anyone's guess since Ianto kept them in a specific location, where the combination locks and their codes could be recorded and kept safe.
‘I'm almost done,’ Jack said, though it didn't look like it from where Ianto was standing.
‘Don't kid yourself,’ Ianto told him. ‘You're covered in alien goop and that broken wrist is hampering any efforts to get that thing inside the box. You're likely to drop it with those slick hands and end up zapping off a leg. Bad enough dealing with that wrist.’
‘I'm fine, it's-’ he winced and groaned as he twisted the broken limb the wrong way and the object slipped from his hands. It was just luck that Ianto's reflexes were quick enough to catch it before it hit the ground.
‘What did I tell you? You're just so damn stubborn all the time,’ he chastised, setting the item carefully back on Jack's desk. ‘Shower and see Owen or it'll be me hurting you.’
