Fortunately for you and the world this piece of self righteous, white priveleged, insurrectionist, fake tanned, racist, misogynistic, homophobic, lying, cheating, deluded, two-faced, narcissistic, gun toting, facist, criminal moron only has a maximum of 14 days left in which to further disgrace himself and ruin your beautiful country.

All that worries me is this tweet:

It's an absolute friggin' nightmare. I always knew days like this were coming, but I never expected for those days to come in my own lifetime. Our capital, our political system, under siege? And I'm living to see it? It's so hard to believe.

I've said to Mom many times that history students in the future will need an entire textbook to cover 2020. But it looks like 2021 is heading in that same direction. I just hope that Biden and Harris will be protected throughout the next four years; they're going to need it, especially on Inauguration Day. I'm scared for them.

Trump is rabid. And he's infected too many others. Not only is he a danger to himself and to those around him, he openly embraces the threat he poses. He revels in it as only a madman can. He's Midas in reverse; everything he touches turns to decay. And his followers worship him for it. Folie a deux, taken to monumental extremes.

My family's been here since 1632. They've seen this country born from a cluster of colonies held by different crowns. They've fought on both sides of the Civil War; one of the battlefields was even owned by my ancestors. So damn much history they've seen and been a part of. Mom alone has witnessed so many incredible things. And me? I'd like to witness my country entering into some sort of Golden Age. But I'm deeply concerned that I'm watching it die.
