Summary: Cwm Noddfa is all about being free. A double drabble.

'Go! Be free!' Jack cried with a grin plastered all over his face. He couldn't have looked happier if he'd tried, and that was saying something.

Gwen stepped up beside him and watched as the latest residents to Cwm Noddfa bounded across the long, cool grass, tumbling with one another like puppies at play. They could do with more good days like this, she thought. Not all aliens were nice, and not all of them could be sent back home either. Having this place, this sanctuary, where they could live out the rest of their lives without fear and in complete secrecy really was special.

Jack shoved his hands in his pockets and lifted his face up to the pallid sunshine. 'This place is really special, huh?' he said, reiterating her own thoughts.

'Yeah, it is,' she agreed.

'It's fate, Gwen. We were meant to have this place.'

'I think you mean Ianto was meant to have this place,' she said, correcting him.

'Splitting hairs, Gwen. But yeah, I suppose we have very distant, crazy relatives of Ianto's to thank. Hard to believe a place this huge didn't even cost us a dime.'

'Maybe Ianto should start charging you rent.'

I'm sure Ianto is as appreciative as anyone else that there's somewhere they can let certain aliens run free. It means less work for him.
