Summary: Jack would be lost without Ianto's many skills. A double drabble.
Ianto knew what Jack wanted the moment he came into his line of sight. He was carrying his coat, draped across his arms like it was a sleeping child, or perhaps a dead animal. The latter was probably closer to the truth.
'What have you done to it this time?' Ianto asked, trying to mentally work his way through Jack's back catalogue of recent endeavours. He couldn't recall any reason why Jack's coat should be in need of repairs. Wasn't it bad enough he was the butler, the admin, and the guard dog? Now he was Jack's personal tailor. His dad would have found that hilarious.
'Rogue cyclone fencing,' Jack said, as if it were nothing. 'It's only a little tear. Just got caught when I was walking by. Complete accident.'
Ianto sighed and pulled open his top drawer, inspecting its critical contents: gun, earpiece, PDA, sewing kit. The last item was hardly world saving as he pulled it out, beginning to unspool a foot of blue grey cotton and carefully threading it into a needle. 'The things I do for you.'
Jack leaned forward and pecked him on the cheek, dropping the coat into his lap. 'You're the best.'
