Summary: Ianto takes issue at Jack's lost property. A double drabble.


Jack looked up from his desk, surprised by the box that was dumped on it.

'What are you doing with all those security cards?' he asked, giving his general support officer a concerned look. Torchwood was meant to be secret, and security was of paramount importance. They couldn't just have access cards littered here, there and everywhere. They needed five, plus a handful of spares. Not the fifty or so that Ianto had just delivered to him. He definitely hadn't authorised this.

Ianto gave a frown. 'They're not mine. They're yours. All yours, well, except for maybe one or two that belong to Owen, or should I say, once belonged to Owen. I decided to do a thorough clean of the place and added these to a growing collection.'

'But where did they all come from?'

'Your pockets from your dirty laundry, under the bed, in the bed, a few in drawers, one down in the cells, and handful littered around the archives. Six I found cleaning out the SUV. And all registered to you. God knows how many you've lost, and how many more must be floating around Cardiff. Lucky they're nondescript or we'd need to start charging admission.'
