Summary: Jack's regenerative skills are sometimes frustrating. A double drabble.

Jack cursed as the wheelchair snagged on the tight corner, wheel locking around the metal railing and fixing him in place.

'Get me out of this thing!' he yelled to anyone who would listen.

'Quit your whining, Owen said, roughly tugging the chair out of its stuck position.

' Give me some crutches or something at least. I can't even move around in this thing,' Jack complained.

'You're missing most of your leg between knee and ankle,' Owen told him as if it weren't obvious. 'What happens if you start swinging it around on crutches and the whole foot decides to detach from that pathetic little bit of sinew holding it on? How's it heal then? Do I have to glue it back on, or does it just clomp around after you all by itself?'

Jack growled under his breath. Why did he have to heal so damn slow? He had things to do, not the least of which was figuring out how to make his boyfriend not invisible. He didn't have time for this. Healing the old-fashioned way sucked.

'Let's try that new healing spray,' Jack suggested.

'Might make things worse,' Owen said.

'Seriously, how could things get any worse?'
