Summary: Jack doesn't need plan for getting under the skin of Torchwood's upper management. A double drabble.
'Alright team!' Jack announced. 'I'm off to see the Wicked Witch of the West,' he declared, throwing one arm through his coat sleeve and then the other, before popping the collar. 'Don't break anything while I'm gone. I'll still be in charge when I get back, so no funny business.'
'You do know that technically she'd be the Wicked Witch of the East, given the direction you're travelling,' Suzie replied, breaking off from the intricate soldering she was doing to repair a broken plasma cannon, and referring to the Torchwood One leader.
Jack shrugged, satisfied that the cultural reference still held.
'Have you decided how you're going to annoy her this time?' Suzie asked.
'Nope. But I've got a three hour drive ahead of me.'
Suzie stopped what she was doing completely. 'You're telling me you're going there without a plan? This is the woman who could shut us all down, remember? To be fair, she's probably already got a list of things that Torchwood Three do which annoy her.'
Jack looked untroubled by the cold facts. 'Don't you worry, Suzie Costello. I know how to handle Yvonne. Besides, I prefer to be spontaneously annoying. It's more fun that way.'
