Would that it could be so simple! You'd be outraged to hear that the bed place you forfeit 30% of a cancelled order. It really is like the wild west out there in furniture land! I had a slight win with them in that they agreed to halve the delivery fee so I can have the rest in 2-3 weeks, but I did have to put on a dog and pony show about how I was living in an empty house for months and had moved back into a one room at my parents (not entirely untruthful)
